We are committed to ongoing evaluations of PropelNext, both so we can learn how to improve the program and to share our findings with the field. To better understand the impact of the program, EMCF engaged Harder+Company Community Research and Engage R+D to assess progress, achievements and challenges after completing the program.
Cultivating Organizational Change: Post-Program Findings for the First Two Cohorts of PropelNext (March 2020)
A new report examining the first two PropelNext cohorts at an organizational level finds that the initiative “has provided a solid foundation for learning as organizations continue to strengthen their capacities across various functions and organizational domains”– a finding consistent with previous evaluation reports.
PropelNext California Partnership Final Learning and Evaluation Report (February 2019)
The final report of the three-year California Partnership developmental evaluation finds that the program has equipped the California 2018 Cohort with new knowledge, skills and capabilities to reach increase levels of performance and sophistication.
PropelNext Alumni Study (June 2018)
An intensive evaluation has found that the program made a “profound and sustained” impact on the policies and practices of members of its first cohort, embedding performance management and a culture of continuous learning and improvement deep within graduates’ organizational DNA.
