Beyond Emancipation provides a transformational environment for transition-age youth with experience in foster care or probation placements to successfully transition to adulthood and lead healthy, productive and connected lives.
Services include drop-in and intensive programs in workforce development, education, housing all provided with a coach approach designed to build young people’s vision, community and voice, and to promote their personal accountability. Intensive programs include transitional housing, b2b (college support), New Beginnings (public sector internship), GROW (culinary training), and ELEVATE (supported employment). Beyond Emancipation also utilizes coaching to create an organizational culture that develops staff leadership and strengths.
